SerNet's support contracts make it easy to supplement the customer's IT team: we take on substitute tasks or take over work until vacancies at our customers can be filled again by suitable people.
SerNet ensures in close coordination with the customer that all systems are or will be brought into a very well documented condition, so that they are maintained following all requirements specification.
All work is carried out by SerNet in accordance with agreed standards and with mutually agreed documentation, to which both the service provider and the customer have access. The location of the documentation is always with the customer.
