Two decades of IT pioneering work: Anniversary for Alexander Müller

One mre special milestone to celebrate at SerNet: Alexander Müller has been a permanent member of the team for 20 years! What began as an internship in 2004 quickly turned into his first major assignment: supporting a firewall distribution for the Göttingen school network. After that, it was clear that Alexander belonged in the world of IT security and at SerNet.

From Aachen, he moved permanently to Göttingen, where Alexander has developed into an all-rounder in system integration. Whether firewalls, monitoring, proxies or server operating systems: he has the entire SerNet portfolio under control and ensures that our customers can rely on secure infrastructures. He has even been with some of them for 20 years.

In his free time, Alexander stays true to security and is passionately involved in the volunteer fire department. At SerNet, he would rather not be a firefighter: “We like to solve problems before they even arise!” - with secure infrastructures to prevent them.

Of course, Alex will also receive the traditional SerNet cake, which he can use to immortalize himself on our “cake wall”. With him, there are already 12 colleagues here who have been shaping SerNet for 20 years or more.
